This module supports students in transitioning from project development to project presentation, with a dual focus on team dynamics and communication. It opens with a reflection-based session led by Tuuli Utriainen, where participants assess their collaboration styles, identify team strengths and gaps, and foster psychological safety—an essential ingredient for innovation and effective teamwork. Through individual and group profiling, students gain insights into how to work better together and align on goals.
The second part of the module, led by Raghu Movva, synthesizes the core learnings of the entire Clean Tech Academy and introduces the final deliverables. Students are guided in preparing three distinct pitch formats: a 30-second public ad, a 3-minute peer-reviewed pitch, and a 7-minute professional presentation. Each format is tailored for a different audience and emphasizes storytelling, clarity, and strategic messaging. Together, these sessions ensure that students conclude their journey not only with a strong project but with the communication and collaboration skills to drive it forward in real-world settings.
